LeveLite One-Year Limited Warranty

At Pixley Ag Tech, LLC, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our LeveLite products. Every LeveLite product is backed by a one (1) year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

What We Cover

If a LeveLite product has a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we will work with you to repair or replace the defective product or component at our discretion.

We want our customers to be confident in their LeveLite purchase. If something isn't working the way it should, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.

What We Don't Cover

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or use outside the product's intended purpose

  • Improper installation, wiring, or electrical connections

  • Accidents, impacts, or other accidental damage

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper power sources or electrical conditions

  • Damage caused by environmental conditions beyond the product's intended operating conditions

LeveLite products are designed to provide reliable operation when properly installed and used as intended. Pixley Ag Tech, LLC cannot be responsible for injuries, property damage, or other losses resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, accidents, or use of the product outside its intended application.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your LeveLite product has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact us before attempting repairs or returning the product.

Please provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • A description of the problem

  • Photos or other information that may help us diagnose the issue

We'll review the issue with you and determine the appropriate solution.

Warranty Period

The warranty period is one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is subject to the terms and exclusions described above.
