Shipping policy

We ship orders throughout the United States. In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Customized or specially configured products may require additional processing time; we will communicate the expected timeframe for customized orders before shipment. Shipping options and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. If Free Shipping applies to your order, the least expensive method of UPS or FedEx shipping may be used. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
